IT’s time to turn in my first OJT/RSI Apprenticeship Work progress record form. where do i find the form?

Your Apprenticeship Coordinator will provide you with a timeline and process for turning in your OJT/RSI APPRENTICESHIP WORK PROGRESS form. Most school districts require that the form is submitted monthly to the Apprenticeship Coordinator.

The Apprenticeship Coordinator at your school district will enter your OJT and RSI hours from the form into the Apprenticeship Registration & Tracking System (ARTS) on the L&I website.

Failure to turn in your OJT/RSI hours in a timely manner will result in disciplinary action by the state JATC.

What is a performance evaluation and who fills it out?

Performance Evaluations should be conducted by the Apprenticeship Coordinator at least twice a year to track the apprentice’s On-the-Job training progress.

These forms must be filled out by the journey-level person you work with most frequently. This may be a teacher if you are a Paraeducator I or Paraeducator II, or an administrator/supervisor if you are in the Secretary/Clerical or Administrative Assistant programs. You can find the Performance Evaluation form and the Rubric on the bottom of each of the OCCUPATIONS pages.

Completed Performance Evaluation Forms are turned into the Apprenticeship Coordinator at your school district.

I have finished my first college course (rsi). who do i turn my transcript in to for rsi credit?
